 ABOUT DCN Property Management

DCN Property Management was established in 2011 by David Nicholson.  David merged his appreciation of first class service, his strong work ethic and his knowledge about building designs, maintenance and systems to develop a professional and trusted property management company.

During his early days in management at Boston's Grand Dame, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel, David embraced The Ritz-Carlton's high standard of service and hospitality management. Upon leaving The Ritz, David spent the next 30+ years working closely with his family designing and managing projects for hotel companies like the Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin, The Breakers and The Four Seasons.  His appreciation of service coupled with his understanding of the intricacies of buildings and construction, led David to property management and tenant relations.

Soon the residential side of property management became a part of David's vision and he began caretaking and management of residential homes. His clients rely on David's service and property management during their lengthy time away from their home as well as day to day needs for home management.

Most recently, David has introduced his "Host Help" for Airbnb owners. From his days in hospitality management, David understands attention to details of turning over a room for an incoming guest and the importance of greeting new guests upon their arrival.  His Airbnb owners often need assistance with their properties when they are traveling and have guest checking in and out. He is often told the peace of mind his service brings to Airbnb owners is priceless
